This listing is for a discount on a package deal of
all three
shoe making materials purchased at once.
*** I have two different Texon Shoemaking Material Packs for sale and the only difference between the two is the Heel Counter Material you choose. This pack is for the Texon 15 Stytherm Red Heel Counter (1.6mm thickness).
This pack includes Heel Counter Board, Toe Puff Reinforcement, and Lasting Board.
Heel Counter and Toe Puff is Heat Activated.
Heel counter is used to give shape and structure to the heel of a shoe when you are making shoes. Toe Puff is used to give shape and structure to the toe of a shoe when you are making shoes. Lasting Board is used on the bottom of the shoe when lasting the upper shoe material to the last (mold).
The toe puff reinforcement material is Texon Thermoplastic (.3-.4mm thickness).
The heel counter material is Texon 15 Stytherm Red (1.6mm thickness).
The Texon Lasting Board is 1.5mm thick and each sheet can fit a pair of shoes up to size 15.
You will receive:
Three sheets
of the heel counter board: each sheet is approximately
9.5 by 13 inches.
Three sheets
of the toe puff reinforcement: each sheet is approximately
9.5 by 13 inches.
Five sheets
of the lasting board: each sheet is approximately
9 by 14 inches.
