    BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA ROANOKE AREA COUNCIL FELT CAMP TROOP QUARTERMASTER PATCH.
    This patch was issued by the Roanoke Area Council out of Roanoke, Virginia. This council operated from 1941 to 1953 when it merged into the Blue Ridge Council. T
    his patch is made on white felt,  has a red cut edge border and a white canvas backing.
    It measures about 3" or 77 mm wide by 3 11/16" or 94 mm high.  This patch is in mint condition HOWEVER someone put a brown blue on back to attach it to something and there remains a brown glue reside. T
    HIS ROANOKE AREA COUNCIL CAMP TROOP QUARTERMASTER FELT PATCH LOOKS NEW  BUT BECAUSE OF THE GLUE RESIDUE ON BACK IT IS ONLY IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
